Meet our Founder & President

Crystal Green is the founder, President, and CEO of both Creative Financial Consultants Inc. (CFC) and Creative Legacy Marketing (CLM). Since launching her career in 2015, she has built a reputation for helping small businesses thrive—first through financial clarity, and now through strategic brand growth.

With a strong foundation in accounting, tax planning, and business operations, Crystal established CFC to offer practical, results-driven financial services tailored to entrepreneurs and small businesses. Over the years, she noticed a recurring theme: her clients didn’t just need financial structure—they needed help growing their presence and telling their story.

That insight led to the creation of CLM, the sister company to CFC, focused on delivering personalized marketing strategies designed to help businesses scale creatively and confidently.

Armed with an Associate Degree in Accounting, Certified ProAdvisor credentials, and nearly a decade of hands-on experience, Crystal leads with purpose, integrity, and a commitment to seeing her clients succeed—both financially and creatively.

The People Behind CFC & CLM

With extensive background in executive managements and track records in supporting CEOs and business magnates, Gyzl is the central point of support for all departments. She directly reports to Crystal for all operative and administrative functions.

As CFC's junior bookkeeper, Donna handles chart of accounts by organizing books, reconciling records and bank statements, and providing additional financial management support to Crystal in providing effective and accurate records to all CFC clients.

Casey is the sales executive for Creative Legacy Marketing, handling outreach, lead nurturing, and funnel keeping. She is your first point of contact when getting to know CLM and how our services fit perfectly for your business' marketing needs.

As a sales executive for Creative Legacy Marketing, Val is your first point-of-contact for all things CLM. He is also responsible for tracking lead journeys, managing funnels, and implementing a convivial client relations to both current and prospect clients.

As the Marketing Director for Creative Legacy Marketing, Loven oversees the Marketing department. He is responsible for client relations, effective liaison for client and marketing associate concerns, onboard and nurture new clients to the CLM Marketing Systems.
